A cheery window display from key Melbourne retailer Meet me At Mikes on Brunswick St. I stumbled into their world years ago when I started following Mike's blog, written by store owner, craft minx, author and mum Pip Lincolne. She is well known amongst Frankie magazine readers, supports people with arts and crafts inclinations and seems like a geniunely lovely person. The shot below the window shot is of the front door, which has been covered in pages from childrens books, old craft magazines etc. The paste up gives it an extra punch of Melbourne aesthetic (not sure if the artist was asked to do this or it happened on the sly).Warm fuzzies.
